Bank Statements

FormX's Bank Statement Extractor is a pre-built extractor designed to extract the account information and transactions from statements issued by a bank.

Here is a list of the fields supported:

Account Owner's Name
Address
Account Type
Account Info
Issue Date
Open Balance
Close Balance
Currency
Transactions

Adding the Bank Statement Extractor

To add the Address Proof Extractor to your FormX account:

Log in to the FormX Portal.
Go to the "Extractors" page and click "Create new extractor".
Select "Bank Statement" and give the extractor a name.
Your extractor is now set up! To test it, upload an image of a bank statement document in the "Test" tab and view the extracted result.

Configuring Fields

By default, all fields are enabled. To add or remove fields from the API response, navigate to the "Edit" page and select the necessary fields. Keep in mind that the number of fields enabled will impact the processing time of each image.

To configure fields for the Address Proof Extractor:

Navigate to the "Edit" page of the Bank Statement Extractor.
Select the fields you wish to enable or disable from the list.
Click "Save" to save your changes.
